Multiple mixed Internet connection methods, Wi-Fi or any landline service, if available, can be used in a single shipboard Internet system. This allows non-stop Internet connectivity while cruising both close to shore and offshore. When the boat moves away from port, it loses the ability to connect to port WiFi but still has cellular connectivity capabilities. You can enable the Priority function to choose what type of connection is used and in what order of priority assigned. Encrypted real-time peer-to-peer connection for remote configuration and support. Automatic APN: easier and faster configuration with automatic selection of the SIM card operator's APN. Using the web user interface or the app Glomex you can manage and configure any aspect of the on-board Internet connection system. You can also read/send SMS and check SIM credit and cellular Internet data consumption.
