faster actions with a soft tip designed for high sensitivity and total control of the lure
progressive curves in the midsection of each blank
a granitic backbone with almost no deformation for highly effective hook setting and extra long casts.
The end result is a rod with improved fighting ability, with a shaft that stiffens as the load increases.
The handle is made with a harder EVA grade, assembled with less glue and no internal spacers for better sensitivity.
The wrapped guides on the Ultra are Fuji FaZLite with an anti-tangle frame: AIRrus was the first in the industry to use these guides 1 year ago.
The Ultra is assembled with L.A.B.S. components, custom metal parts, laser-etched winding controls and caps designed by AIRrus just for AIRrus. The L.A.B.S. have an important balance function to cast for hours with less fatigue.
