HD Series Boat Watermaker - Urania
HD watermakers, designed to ensure maximum reliability on pleasure and professional vessels up to 24 meters. Available in modular or frame-mounted versions, they operate in any salinity and temperature conditions, always ensuring high-quality water. They operate at 230V, with outputs of 90, 160, or 220 liters/hour and a choice of brass or stainless steel pumps. The automatic rinse function maintains optimal performance even during periods of inactivity.

Modular or frame-mounted system
The watermaker is composed of separate modules that can be installed to maximize the available space on the boat. The components table shows the required volumes. The individual modules are supplied pre-assembled and laboratory-tested. The necessary cables and pipes for the system are also supplied. The watermaker can also be supplied pre-assembled on a frame (the most suitable option for land-based use).
Installation
The installer must position the watermaker modules on board the vessel, connecting pipes and cables, and perform final testing, as specified in the installation manual. A seawater intake (below the waterline) and a seawater discharge (above the waterline) are required. A 230V AC generator capable of delivering a continuous power output equal to or greater than that indicated in the table is required. Similar steps are required for land-based installations.
