Description
The application of TEAK WONDER ® BRIGHTENER is not always necessary, but its use on “lived-in” surfaces that have remained a little dark and shaded despite the cleaning treatment has an effect that can even seem miraculous: the teak immediately regains the natural shade of the newly sanded one , without however removing precious millimetres of essence.
The application should be done on the deck while it is still wet from rinsing with the TEAK WONDER® CLEANER , sprinkling it with a modest amount of TEAK WONDER® BRIGHTENER , but taking care to distribute it evenly to avoid a patchy result: the teak lightens immediately upon contact. As soon as the application is finished, rinse the deck again thoroughly with fresh water.
The product is neither caustic nor aggressive and will not damage the rubber joints, paints, or hardware. Once dry, the surface is ready for the application of TEAK WONDER® DRESSING & SEALER . Clean any drips on non-teak surfaces.
The product yield is 8-10 m²/lt, depending on the condition of the wood.
