Description

It is an indispensable aid during navigation, such as when you need to leave the helm to dedicate yourself to other activities or control other onboard devices. Discover the performance of the innovative hydraulic autopilot by combining it with the versatile, reliable and innovative SmartPump v2 1. Solid-state 9-axis AHRS technology The advanced 9-axis solid-state AHRS technology makes the system easy to install and very simple to calibrate, thus minimizing heading errors, course deviations, rudder movement and power consumption, allowing everyone on board to navigate more comfortably. Indispensable during navigation This extraordinary autopilot adapts to any sea conditions to allow you to maintain the set course even in the event of pitching and rolling in rough seas. It is easy to install and very simple to calibrate All autopilots require commissioning and calibration. We know you just want to get on the water, so we have made this process as quick as possible. That's the Power of Simple. Complete integration with Garmin chartplotters You can have complete control of the Reactor 40 from the chartplotter screen. Combined with a compatible Garmin network chartplotter and BlueChart® g2 Vision® charts, optional features are available, such as Auto Guidance, 2 which allows you to automatically steer according to GPS routes. SmartPump v2 Drive Unit The exclusive SmartPump v2 drive unit is suitable for most boats with hydraulic steering. The new Reactor 40 with SmartPump automatically adjusts the maximum flow rate and thanks to a brushless motor, there is no direct electrical connection between the control circuit and the rotor. This ensures greater reliability, longer pump life, reduced fuel consumption, quieter operation, better thermal performance and greater efficiency. To achieve the maximum in terms of reliability, the SmartPump features corrosion-resistant components including black paint on the aluminum parts and nickel plating on all steel parts. Intelligent Rudder Rate Technology Thanks to Intelligent Rudder Rate (IRRT) technology, the Reactor 40 autopilot with SmartPump v2 slows the rudder rate when the boat is traveling at high speeds and accelerates it when it is at lower speeds (0 to 2.4 liters per minute). This allows for optimized performance and safety in all conditions. In addition, the brushless motor eliminates the risk of rudder "hard over", avoiding possible hardware or software failures. Connect to Networked Devices The Reactor 40 autopilot connects to the Garmin Marine Network via NMEA 2000®, allowing data to be shared with compatible chartplotters. It supports up to three GHC™ 20 control heads for data viewing, which can also be controlled via an optional wireless remote or with the quatix 5, the world's first marine GPS watch. Benefit from a more durable system. Conditions in navigation environments are harsh, especially at sea. That's why our SmartPump v2 is protected from the elements. SmartPump v2 is designed with corrosion-resistant components, including anodized aluminum and nickel-plated steel parts. Cutting-edge autopilot technology With the Reactor 40 with SmartPump v2 aboard your vessel, you can have complete control wherever you are.
