The X-Entity is a step into the future of bass fishing rod development. A competition tool that shatters common construction rules and opens new performance frontiers. The blank was developed with different goals in mind. The first was to make an extremely strong structure. Airrus did this by using three different graphite textures and moduli oriented at various angles to increase torsion, compression, and tensile strength. This graphite mix was molded into the first over-size blank ever made. The X-Entity, with its AOS ( Airrus Oversize System) construction involves the use of the same amount of materials as an ordinary rod, but on an enlarged section that therefore provides for an enormously thinner thickness, this allows for inconsistent deformation under load. The consequent result is an incredibly smooth blank, with a very fast response in terms of static weight wounding and force lifting and dynamic weight dragging. Secondary effects of this design are a modular blank in the fold that becomes progressively harder as the load applied to the rod increases, and an amplification of vibration due to the resonance chamber created by the internal vacuum in the tubes of such a large diameter, this effect is called IME (Integrated Megaphone Effect). The new V-Torsion tip is a hybrid of S2 fiberglass and other materials, with low thermal expansion, homogeneous in bending in all directions, able to withstand angles unapproachable to common tips, resistant to wear and tear from use such as stripes and micro-fractures, and above all able to load perfectly to project the lure to great distances. The ringing, developed with Kigan, includes the Zirconia Triangle series with triangular stone for spinning models. This looping system, in addition to being ultra-light, supports any type of line, allows easy passage of knots, and maintains line pull even with an open bow/button, ensuring total sensitivity, even in the free-sinking phase of the lure.
