BlueChart G3 cartography with SD/Micro SD support

BlueChart g3 coastal charts provide industry-leading coverage, clarity and detail with integrated data from Garmin and Navionics. Also included is Auto Guidance1 technology, which uses the desired depth and elevation to calculate routes and suggest a route to followâ€"shown in overlay on the chart. NOAA raster mapping is also available as a free downloadable feature via the ActiveCaptain app. It provides the chartplotter with views similar to paper maps of areas surveyed by NOAA in which individual points of interest are labeled with corresponding longitude and latitude information. Global coverage is available by geographic area as accessory cards or by download; each geographic area is sold separately.

Depth Shading

This function displays high-resolution shading of the depth range for up to 10 intervals so you can see the distance to the designated target

Detailed bathymetry

BlueChart g3 charts include 30 cm bathymetries that provide a more accurate description of the bottom structure to create optimized fishing maps and increase the level of detail at marshes, channels, and port facilities.

Shading of shallow water

For ease of navigation, the shallow water shading feature displays map shading at user-defined depth to provide a clear picture of shallow water to avoid.
