Night detection range: up to 300 meters
The optics are made of glass with silicon dioxide anti-reflective coating. This allows the lenses to work more efficiently in complete darkness, transmitting sharper, contrast-rich images. To improve visibility, turn on the infrared (IR) LED illumination, the brightness of which can be adjusted. Turn off the backlight completely to save battery power. The higher brightness level provides optimal richness of detail. Note: During the daytime, images will be in color, while at night they will be in black and white.
Built-in video and photo recorder
This device not only allows you to make observations, but also to record video and take photos. The resolution of each frame is 1280x960 pixels in both modes. However, if necessary (to save space on the memory card), the resolution can be reduced to 640x480 pixels. With a capture rate of 30 frames per second, videos are well smooth. Normally 24 fps is sufficient, but the Levenhuk Halo 13x adopts a higher standard to make video more enjoyable to watch. It is very convenient to be able to review the images immediately on the device's screen. These binoculars support memory cards up to 32GB. You can transfer the image to a computer via USB cable.
