Description

The Levenhuk Halo 13x digital monocular night viewer has a built-in recorder, so it can be used for both visual observations and for capturing photos and recording video. The device reproduces black-and-white images in complete darkness. In daylight, it reproduces color images and is used as a regular monocular. The Levenhuk Halo 13x is an excellent choice for night hunting, orienteering, military exercises and patrolling.

Total darkness detection range: up to 300 meters

The optics are made of glass with silicon dioxide anti-reflective coating. Thanks to this feature, in the dark the monocular transmits a clear and contrasty image, while during the day it produces detailed and bright images. During the day, it will be possible to study any object positioned at any distance. At night, the view goes as far as 300 meters. IR illumination is recommended for better image clarity in complete darkness. There are 7 brightness levels, so you can adjust them according to actual lighting conditions. To save battery life, the minimum brightness level should be used, while the maximum level is useful for a more detailed image.

Photo and video recording (1280x960 pixels)

Thanks to the built-in recorder, the device can take photos and record videos. The data is saved on a memory card (included), and the whole thing can be transferred to a computer via USB cable. The maximum image resolution is 1280x960 pixels. However, it can be reduced to 640x480 pixels if necessary. Videos are recorded at 30fps, regardless of image resolution, so they are always smooth and pleasant to watch.

Up to 10 hours of battery life without changing batteries

The monocular features a water-resistant body with 1/4" threads. Thanks to the ergonomic design, the monocular is comfortable to hold. The controls of the device are very easy to use. This monocular night viewer is powered by AA batteries (not included), given their convenience when operating in the field. Discharged batteries can be easily replaced with new ones, whereas recharging them in the field would be extremely difficult. The device has a battery life of 4 to 10 hours on a single set of batteries, depending on the intensity of backlighting.
