With very low power consumption, it saves you from being busy for many hours, often under a scorching sun, manually tossing sardines and impregnating yourself with bad odors. The tank can be filled with sardines or other species of bait fish whole and/or in pieces previously cut.
The machine is equipped with two modes for operation: "continuous" and "timed." In the continuous mode, the machine continuously ejects sardines and with the speed of the boat, about 8 knots, allows you to make the so-called "crawl," which is useful for quickly obtaining a long wake that will increase the chances of catching a fish immediately. In case of becalming, you can alternate the above "crawl" with a period of drift, thus being able to beat a wider area of sea. The "timed" mode, allows for automatic baiting during the drift or with the boat anchored.
Using the timer, the operator can set the frequency at which the sardines are thrown, one at a time, from 5 to 55 seconds, while the photocell monitors their passage, allowing you to get an ideal wake at all times with any wind and sea current conditions. The tank can hold about 5 kg of sardines, thus having an average autonomy of 1 hour, dependent on the launch time chosen and the size of the sardines themselves. An audible alarm intervenes when the tank is now empty.
