Built to withstand big fish, X-Rap Haku features the patented 3R System titanium release system Rapala with hooks VMC Coastal Black. When primed for action, the hooks are positioned just like on a regular bait, and the rig sits in the groove in the belly of the bait, protected from possible stranding. The hook rig releases from the body, allowing direct contact with the fish and leaving the fish with no opportunity to use the bait as leverage to break free. The rig also makes it easier to remove hooks from the fish as the body of the bait remains detached. X-Rap Haku can be used for a variety of presentations and is super easy to use. The glide action can be created with either rod twitch or using a stop & go reel retrieve.
