Okuma ITX Carbon spinning reels are built for maximum durability. The lightweight, stiff long-strand C-40X carbon fiber found in the body, side plates and rotor provides extra strength where it is needed most. The machined aluminum handle screws directly into the reel providing maximum safety and stability. High-performance 7HPB +1RB ball bearing system keeps the reel running smoothly in fresh and coastal water with precision machined brass sprocket. The anodized 2-tone machined aluminum spool is surrounded by Okuma's Cyclonic Flow Rotor system that increases airflow through the rotor with ports, increasing drying time and minimizing corrosion throughout the spool. Housed in the spool is the multi-disc carbon fiber drag system with hydro-block asket that keeps the water out and your clutch running smoothly.
