Duplicate power declaration for motors Tohatsu - N: EPD2

In case of theft or loss, po receive the power declaration of your outboard motor Tohatsu, you will need to fill out the"Request for Duplicate Power Declaration"form online, which is provided following the purchase of the service.

In order to submit the request, as indicated in the form, you will need to attach the following documents:

- Loss report, indicating model and serial number by the applicant and purpose of the report.
- ID card user/applicant.
- Copy of Tax Identification Number user/applicant.
- Photo of whole engine with grille (cover).
- Photo of whole engine without grille (cover).
- Photo of nameplate indicating engine serial number.
- Photo of engine block.
- Photo of cap on engine block indicating engine serial number.

Release time from Japan: 2-3 weeks after complete submission of all documentation.
